What counts as an AI message?

An AI message is any response generated by the Sanad assistant in a conversation, whether it is on your website widget or a connected channel. Messages sent by your human agents do not count towards your AI message limit.

What happens if we go over our AI message limit?

We will notify you as you approach your limit so there are no surprises. You can either upgrade to a higher plan or add an overage package. We will never silently block your assistant without warning.

Can we change plans as we grow?

Yes. You can move between Starter, Growth, and Pro as your volume increases. Many teams start on Starter while they are testing AI, then upgrade once they see more conversations flowing through Sanad.

Do all plans include Arabic support?

Yes. Arabic, English, and French are supported on every paid plan. You can upload knowledge in those languages and configure the assistant to respond in the language your customers use.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial that includes 100 AI messages, 1 team member seat, and full access to knowledge base and widget customization so you can test Sanad with your real traffic.

How does the managed CX option work?

For Enterprise customers, we can provide a fully managed CX service where our team configures the AI, monitors conversations, and provides human agents to handle escalations.
